Heatherette designer Richie Rich was to debut his Hot Topic line, Celebutante, at Gotham Hall during Fashion Week, but it would seem that this is no longer the case (terribly surprising, yes). But now we’re being told that there’s no clothing line at all right now — Richie’s too busy working on his Celebutante album, which is supposed to drop during Fashion Week as well. As for the clothes, Rich’s people say it won’t come out until sometime next year. And despite what we’d been told — Rich informed us himself it was called Celebutante; Aubrey O’Day said she was to walk in the Celebutante show and star in the campaign (Rich’s reps say she was just “confused”) — the line will not be called Celebutante. They’ve yet to decide on a name, but may we suggest something along the lines of Unicorn Skittle?
