Last year, Refinery 29’s Save Fashion pop-up sample sale surprised us by stocking steals from Alejandro Ingelmo, Rick Owens, Charlotte Ronson, and more at its unpleasant Port Authority location. But the site didn’t matter because we saved money! Loads of it. Which is why we’re pumped it’s coming back for a sophomore run, and even better, it’s in a much more enjoyable spot — the Inven.Tory store in Soho. The pop-up opens this Friday for a weeklong sale featuring over 30 designers, such as Sophomore, Steven Alan, Urban Outfitters, Wren, Rogan, and Gilded Age, for prices that start at 50 percent off. Rag & bone blouses are $50 (from $115), Built by Wendy dresses are $162 (from $324), and skirts from Bird are $199 (from $395). Vena Cava is also making a solid showing, with a text print shoulder blouse for $75 (from $300), leather leggings for $325 (from $900), and a black silk ruffle skirt for $100 (from $300), as seen above. Save Fashion opens on Friday at 7 a.m., so set your alarm clocks. Even though organizers promise to replenish daily, the good stuff never lasts.
November 13 to November 22. Inven.tory, 237 Lafayette St., nr. Spring St.; 11/13 (79), 11/1411/21 (109), 11/22 (105). More information at SaveFashion.com.
