Robert Geller and Greg Armas Launch L.E.S. Pop-Up

Robert Geller has teamed up with Assembly owner Greg Armas to launch the Key Shop, a menswear pop-up at 129 Rivington Street. The sparse décor draws on Geller’s German heritage, with stacks of books on artist Joseph Beuys and old black-and-white photographs strewn about. Metal rolling racks and pegboard walls are lined with Geller’s full spring line, vintage garb (including a few military jackets), and clothing and accessories from Armas’s Assembly line. Limited-edition items will be added to the mix over the next few weeks, like handmade room candles by Land, braided horsehair key chains and necklaces by Wendy Nichol, and exclusive jewelry from Japanese designer Driftwood. An official launch party is in the works for next week, and the pair plans to host additional in-store events, like cocktail hour with a local (TBD) mixologist. Click ahead for an early look at the shop.

The Key Shop, now through 4/15. 129 Rivington St., nr. Norfolk St.; daily, noon–9.
