As an accessory, watches are underrated. Admittedly, we’ve never been a fan of (read: willing to splurge on) watches as status symbols, so the colorful wristwear from May28th caught our eye. The Canadian company makes inexpensive, one-of-a-kind watch faces in dozens of prints: stripes, dots, geographic patterns, and tiny graphics. (Lose some time on the brand’s website, where you can search new designs by color.) The faces are water-resistant plastic and the bands are elastic, making them easy, unfussy pieces for the gym or the beach come summer. Cartier it’s not, but they make fun accents for everyday.
May 28th watches, $39 each at SupermarketHQ.com.
