For those of us cursed/blessed with wearing glasses, finding the perfect pair is such an ordeal, not to mention a financial strain. Hundreds of dollars later and you might have a pair you can tolerate. Surely there has to be an easier, cheaper way? There is. Warby Parker offers 27 different styles (and a monocle!) on its website, and every pair has anti-reflective, polycarbonate prescription lenses. The glasses are available only online to cut down on costs — did we mention they’re only $95 a pair? Customers can upload photos to virtually try on specs, or choose up to five pairs to try on at home, shipped for free. But the best part: For every pair bought, a pair is donated to someone in need in impoverished communities in the U.S. and the developing world. This is something we like seeing.
