Yesterday, we introduced you to Katie Hatch, one of the three designers behind budding New York–based label Harvey Faircloth. Formerly the editor-in-chief of Martha Stewart Weddings (a post she just took over in December), Hatch is leaving the magazine to become the new design director of accessories at Kate Spade.
