Project Runway is the greatest thing to happen to Lifetime since the made-for-TV movie. And don’t they know it: The network has decided to spin the fashion-designer competition reality series off into two new shows. One will follow Heidi Klum as she travels around the country with her husband, Seal, providing couple’s counseling to plebeians across the nation. It’s tentatively titled Love’s Divine, which love must be when you’re the perfect Heidi Klum and Seal, and have nannies and personal trainers and all that to make life easier. This runs the risk of creating the same feelings of discomfort one might feel watching Heidi Klum give overweight people exercise tips.
In the other spinoff, we’ll see Project Runway alums Austin Scarlett and Santino Rice give makeovers to plebeians across America. We’d watch both series at least once.
