After stunning in a sparkly Naeem Khan gown for the state dinner in November, Michelle Obama chose another sparkly frock for her second state dinner last night, this time by Peter Soronen. Soronen previously dressed the First Lady in our favorite sparkly gown of her White House fashion history. Michelle is becoming a true champion of sparkles, like many a musical diva, notably her pal Beyoncé. She complemented the dress with voluminous, almost unkempt curls.
