Finally Tim Gunn is fulfilling his movie-star destiny. Apparently he has a role in Sex and the City 2, which is enough reason to see it if dresses with dangerous shoulders don’t entice you. But Gunn landed another role in the Smurfs movie. Though people like Katy Perry are lending voices to the film, Gunn will play a cosmetics-company executive in live action. And he has an agent at CAA. He’s come a long way from that Tide endorsement. [Variety]
