Bottega Veneta has revamped its website, and the new design boasts a cleaner layout, improved navigation features, and simple click-to-purchase functionality. Customers can browse items by runway look, theme, material, or scale, and personal shoppers are available to assist with questions and recommendations. Shoppers will even have the option of picking up their purchases in-store, starting with the brand’s Fifth Avenue flagship.
The label has also rolled out exclusive online content, including a video series called Hand of the Artisan, which allows customers to witness the workmanship that goes into each Bottega Veneta item (that weaving can’t be easy!), and The Art of Collaboration videos, which chronicle Tomas Maier’s work with the photographers behind the brand’s ad campaigns. Bottega Veneta plans to bring its online features to the iPad soon, which is fitting, since it just released a line of luxury cases for the new tech gadget.
