• Cathy Horyn on Dior’s haute-couture collection: “There were petal hems and collars and other details that brought to mind a fist of torn petals, or a Knight video image of an exploding flower. Some of the models had their faces lightly wrapped in florist cellophane; the heels of shoes were like a tangle of vines.
