Madonna Impersonators Flood Material Girl Launch; Gisele Fights Back About Breast-feeding

• Madonna’s Material Girl line hit Macy’s stores yesterday, drawing huge crowds of teens, their Madonna-loving moms, plenty of impersonators, and a belly-baring Taylor Momsen. [WWD]

• Port Authority signed a tentative deal to move the Condé Nast headquarters to 1 World Trade Center, the 1,776-foot skyscraper now under construction at ground zero. Condé Nast declined to comment, but a letter to employees said the move “would allow us to house all our brands in a single, state-of-the-art headquarters.” [NYT]

I think that the whole idea is that it could even start with finding something really interesting at a junk shop and liking the craftsmanship, or something about a piece and figuring out a way to sort of inject all of those symbols into that piece and going from there, starting out with molds and stuff like that.
