Flashes of neon at Ohne Titel weren’t only visible on the models’ lips yesterday. Designers Alexa Adams and Flora Gil, who take a very academic approach to design with consistently impressive results, explained backstage at their spring 2011 show that the pops of color in the clothes, shoes, and accessories were meant to offset the strong graphic black-and-white prints inspired by Japanese art.
