Playful dresses were the meat of Preen’s spring 2011 collection, shown this morning at Milk Studios. Silhouettes came from decades spanning the fifties, sixties, seventies, and nineties, designers Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi explained to us backstage before the show. Silk skirts, both structured and flowing, positively floated down the runway, while bare backs lent a bit of sexiness. “The back is our erogenous zone this season,” Thornton explained. See the clothes and shoes up close and hear more from the designers in the video.
