This isn’t the first time we’ve rubbernecked over neon-orange lips, but it might the last time we write them off with a, “No way, if I wore something like that, I’d look like a Juggalette hooker.” Lips were a tarty, juicy, safety-cone orange at Ohne Titel, which walked at Exit Art earlier today. Bonus beauty points for the thick eyebrows.
