Cindy Crawford: “I don’t expect my body to look the way that it used to, because that would be deeply frustrating. I work out to feel good and get energized. Knowing how strong I am is grounding as I get into my 40s. When I was 30, I might have said, ‘I’m just going to age in a way that honors time and is completely natural,’ but I’m no longer so highbrow about it. Too much Botox scares me and plastic surgery is really scary, but as long as you don’t use these things to change your face, I think it’s okay.” [Vogue UK]

A wall of black-and-white photos by Mark Borthwick features decidedly normal-bodied girls leaning against windowsills in these clever underthings. But they are clearly indoors, having a private moment. The VPL print ads show models wearing the same underensembles, only with socks and little platform boots, as if they are about to skip outside and play a Benny Hill-inspired version of Rollerball.” [NYT]
