This morning Lanvin released an online short film of models doing things in their H&M line launching November 20. The full look book is also out and ready for you to examine in the slideshow! The collection looks pretty swell, especially with some of the creative liberties the stylist took with the accessories. Dresses range from $149 to $249, all women’s shoes are $99, and women’s coats are $149 to $349. As a whole the women’s collection is pretty dressy — great for holiday parties, but where else will you wear that $199 dress? Lots of ladies aren’t very comfortable repeating pieces that are so distinctive. However, some of the men’s items, which are more casual, might be great for ladies, such as the men’s shoes (well, for those with big enough feet) and the purple animal-print tees. Also, you may put up less of a fight in the men’s section to get at least something, because, as we will again predict, none of this stuff will last long. Then again, maybe you don’t care how much wear you’ll get out of these things because, hell, this is Lanvin! See the full collections with prices in the slideshow.
