Pulled-up socks were everywhere on the fall 2010 runways, and while a few brave trendy souls tried the dad-socks look under sandals this summer, they really seem to be catching on now. Cut reader Watermoolen (she has a blog by the same name) hiked up a pair of white socks from Forever 21 and paired them with denim shorts, Crown Vintage lace-up shoes, and a quilted bag that she got at a thrift store for $5.
