Bleecker Street, that outdoor mall nestled in Greenwich Village, is now New York City’s third most expensive retail strip, trailing slightly behind Madison and Fifth Avenue. Earlier this week, a property housing Burberry and Michael Kors storefronts sold for $34 million, making it the city’s third highest retail deal since 2003.
