Isaac Mizrahi Enjoys a Good Xanax on Sunday Nights

The Times’s “Sunday Routine” featured Isaac Mizrahi this week, who explained that weekends are tough for him because the pool doesn’t open until 8 a.m. “I’m not the biggest sleeper in the world, so usually on Sunday mornings I’m waiting for the pool on 43rd Street to open; if I could swim there at 5 a.m., I’d go,” he said. After walking his dog, eating Pinkberry, watching TV, and perhaps going to a museum, he’ll get in bed even if he’s not tired, just so that he’ll be rested for the week ahead. “Sunday is a Xanax night for me,” he explains.
