It’s no coincidence that both Lady Gaga and Nicola Formichetti released new videos today that are largely dominated by shapely breasts, butts, and cheekbones. In Formichetti’s case, the short film is a teaser of his Mugler Fall 2011 womenswear collection, which will show in Paris on Wednesday. Set to eerie heartbeats and abstract chanting, the camera pans over a sculpture of a buxom female with ridged cheekbones and an oblong head; images of the statue, which was made by Rein Vollenga, have been leaked onto the Internet over the past week.
