Last season’s sheer pants didn’t catch on, but for fall the idea of doing something different with the lower half is gaining traction. Steven Alan and Rachel Comey showcased brightly printed trousers, while Tim Hamilton put both male and female models in paint-splashed styles. Peter Som and Jeremy Laing also tried out the trend, but in subtler acid-washed iterations.
