Britney Spears Reportedly Sued for $10 Million Over Perfume Deal

Britney Spears and her father, Jamie, are being sued for allegedly violating their contract with Brand Sense, the brand-marketing company that brokered a deal between Spears and Elizabeth Arden back in 2004. The deal requires Spears to pay Brand Sense a 35 percent commission on all the products they make together, which now amounts to nine fragrances. However, Britney and her father (who manages her finances) have been accused of shutting Brand Sense out of the profits from their latest fragrance, Radiance, which came out last September.
