It could be that her hair, which is pulled up into a sort of top-tail and is falling into her face (and mouth, yum!), simply obscures them, but the prosthetic cheekbones that Lady Gaga has been wearing everywhere lately (except in Vogue, of course) are nowhere to be seen on her new album cover, which she posted on her Twitter feed this weekend. She’s not completely devoid of extraneous face bumps, though: Small points are visible on her forehead, although again mostly hidden by her hair, as if Gaga is so blasé about having “grown” them that it doesn’t matter if anyone notices or not.
