Over the weekend contributing Vogue editor and reality television’s best judge ever André Leon Talley visited Georgia, where he attended the Savannah College of Art and Design’s annual senior fashion show, and did a talk with Manolo Blahnik. Fashionista saw him there and reported that the cameras trailing him were filming a reality-television-show pilot, but had no further details on the purported project. Contacted by e-mail this afternoon, Talley emphatically stated that “there is no truth to this rumor about a reality television pilot.” So there you have it — can’t blame his fans for thinking wishfully, though.
