Ke$ha attended the 2011 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas last night wearing (almost literally) a dress and a half. Her blue sequined minidress had big shoulders, mid-length sleeves, and cut-out panels, but also featured a bonus floor-length tulle over-skirt. She added chunky heeled sandals and a bunch of jewelry, and painted a couple of lines on one cheek just because.
She’s free of greasy glitter for once, but is this more put-together look an upgrade? Or should she not have even bothered with that tulle bit?
