Cindy Crawford, who’s the new face of Propel Zero, on how her exercise routine has evolved over the years: “I started getting serious about exercise in my early 20s when I moved to New York as a young model and I realized I needed to eat right and stay active in order to fit into all the clothes. I started working out with a trainer named Radu Teodorescu and I think some of you probably remember I did some exercise videos with him and that’s what got me passionate about fitness. Now as life has evolved and changed, I think especially after having kids, I changed my workouts because I realized that I couldn’t kill myself with my workouts. I needed my workouts to leave me more energized. I try to work out three days a week but sometimes it’s only two. And I work out for about an hour. I try to do twenty to thirty minutes of cardio. Sometimes I do it in one chunk, sometimes I break it up. The other 30-40 minutes is weight training or squats and lunges.” Which sounds so … normal! [Propel Zero]
