The model went to court yesterday to sort out a custody arrangement between her and the father of her 4-year-old son. While Evangelista and her people have denied 49-year-old PPR chief Pinault is the father, the Post reports the court confirms he is. Also, his lawyer spoke frankly on the matter, explaining he missed the court date because of a misunderstanding.
