This summer, we’ve been weathering the heat with an arsenal of silk and jersey dresses. They’re comfortable, cool, and work as well for work as they do for weekend barbeques. Enter Rachel Rose, a Brooklyn-based designer who creates small-batch silk blouses and dresses in eye-popping colors and prints. Each dress and tank is hand-painted, lending an artful, watercolor effect. The dresses can be worn loose or cinched with the matching braided silk sash.
