Evan Rachel Wood attended a photo call for her new movie The Ides of March at the Venice Film Festival today wearing a tailored black Dolce & Gabbana suit over a white blouse with a high collar that featured lace and gauze detailing — and with all this flounce around the neckline, she wisely kept her hair slicked back and her makeup simple. She added a pair of black and white houndstooth check Salvatore Ferragamo heels (that’s the same pattern and designer Lady Gaga wore all over for her stint on The View earlier this month).
So houndstooth. It’s everywhere right now, but does a little flurry of the print work well on Evan’s feet here, or should she have incorporated it a bit more into her clothing as well?
