Kanye West Sent Out Real Show Invitations, Bought Zippers at a Fabric Store, and Then Drank Tea With the Store Owner

Kanye’s show is tomorrow night in Paris — real invitations were sent out, on paper, and there are pictures of them on the Internet — and true to previous reports, he’s been working on his collection in London all week. We know this for sure because he went to a fabric wholesaler in East London called London Trimmings, twice, and spent £14,000 (or nearly $22,000) on fabric and zippers. Best of all, he took time out of his busy designing schedule to pose for a photo with store owner Ashraf Loonat’s family and join them for a cup of tea.
