Forever 21 Is in Trouble for Making ‘Navajo’ Panties, Too

Never ones to shy away from a perfectly good copyright-infringement lawsuit, Forever 21 is now selling their very own version of Navajo panties, despite the backlash against Urban Outfitters when they did the same thing a few weeks ago. (After receiving a cease-and-desist letter from the Navajo Nation Department of Justice, Urban Outfitters quickly removed all “Navajo” titled items from their website.) For whatever it’s worth, Forever 21’s version has pink lace on it. Maybe they’ll knock off Anthropologie’s rickshaw next.
