SKIN

• Kirsten Dunst is a firm believer in spray tans. “You lose like five pounds immediately, and your face is glowing and gorgeous,” she told Lucky magazine. “I look amaziiiiiiing.” [Fashion Etc]

• Kelly Rowland told the Daily Mail, “I have cellulite on my ass and I hate it.” [Daily Mail UK]

• Procter & Gamble’s new website, styleunited.com, bills itself as the ultimate resource for beauty news and information. The site includes features,  articles, slideshows, blog posts, and how-to videos from P&G staffers, as well as industry experts, including stylists, bloggers, and online editors. [WWD]

NAILS

• American International Industries, which owns the cosmetics company behind a line of Hunger Games–branded nail polish, is suing Lionsgate for breach of contract. Apparently, Lionsgate, the studio producing The Hunger Games movies, broke off the deal after images of the line were leaked. [Racked]

• The owners of Tenoverten, a nail salon in Tribeca, released a collection of nail polish. [T Magazine]

HAIR

• Perhaps deciding it was a better look for his pretty self than growing a mustache, Kellan Lutz shaved his hair into a mohawk for Movember. Shortly after that, he shaved his head completely — perhaps having realized the punky style was also not a good look for him. [Us]

• Julianne Moore? She bangs. [InStyle]

• And Hailey Clauson wears safety pins in her hair, or at least on a hairband, for a beautiful editorial in Korean W. [Fashion Gone Rogue]

MAKEUP

• Jane Larkworthy, beauty editor at W, says “I was never really a beauty junkie, but it’s just those chromosomes that make you walk into a magazine’s beauty closet and think, ‘Oh my God, that is a wall of shampoo. Oh my God, those are fifty bins of every makeup brand ever!’ … I think what I’m trying to say is that we’re all girls at heart.” [Into the Gloss]

• Because this sort of behavior never ceases to be “news”-worthy: Cynthia Nixon went out makeup-free, judging by a recent photo. [HuffPo]
