In God We Trust

In God We Trust's Brooke Backman wanted Tommie's outfit to fit with the store's tailored, vintage look for men. She chose a pair of olive slim-fitting In God We Trust wool trousers ($170), an In God We Trust button-down ($160), and Stacy Adams Brockton boots ($210).

Gargyle

Gargyle co-founder Nhung Nguyen described the L.E.S. boutique's clothes as modernized classics — basic pieces with something interesting and quirky about them. For an updated nineties look, she put together Acne tapered fit Jones jeans ($270), high-top Common Project sneakers ($330), and a Surface to Air coat ($810). She then accessorized with a Billy Kirk hat ($104) and Acne bag ($380).

Atrium

The Atrium team wanted to keep Tommie's look clean in order to put the focus on the vest. They paired it with understated pieces, such as a Scotch and Soda suspender shirt ($124) and Grenson G sharp brogue lace-up boots ($326). A pair of Naked and Famous blanket-lined Jeans ($219) were cuffed to reveal a patterned lining that played off the Fair Isle. The final touch: RetrosuperFuture sunglasses ($178) to add some edge.

Owner Eunice Lee chose to layer her Lee T-shirt in antique chalk ($42) and an Ethan henley ($68) under the sweater vest, which she then topped with a slim-cut navy canvas Tate blazer ($538). To finish things off, she chose skinny Gio pants in vintage khaki ($198) and Common Project brown suede shoes ($373).

Stock Vintage

The old-school feeling of the vest played perfectly with Stock Vintage's stash of unique, broken-in options. The final edit included a band-collar shirt from the early 20th century ($185), a pair of pinstripe dress pants from the twenties ($265), and brown suede oxfords from the forties ($225).
