New York-based agency DNA Model Management currently acts as Victoria’s Secret model Lindsay Ellingson’s primary booker. But as is often the case, California-born Ellingson made DNA’s books after her West Coast mother agency touted her. (So, like the premise of E!’s recent modeling show Scouted, but, you know, realistically.) The mother agency in question, Los Angelean firm Photogenics — where Ellingson remains on the books — filed a lawsuit against DNA last week, claiming the agency reneged on a contract made to share the model’s royalties. Photogenics is seeking $7 million.
