In a new lawsuit filed against the Jersey Shore star, clothing label Serious Pimp alleges that they paid Mike Sorrentino and his brother $25,000 as part of an arrangement to have him wear their printed tees on Shore episodes, as well as promote them via various social media outlets. Though Sorrentino’s reps say all terms of his contract with the company “were completed,” Serious Pimp alleges that the brothers reneged on the deal without returning any of the money. So they’re suing him, and now somewhere a lawyer has been forced to work on court documents involving a plaintiff and defendant named “Serious Pimp” and “The Situation,” respectively. Which must be soul-destroying a nice change from the norm.
