Michelle Obama wore a printed blue coat-dress to a ceremony for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (set to open in 2015) in Washington, D.C. this morning. Yesterday, she wore a gray short-sleeved dress with blue waist details to host guests in the White House for a blues concert in recognition of Black History Month.
