Live in the lap of luxury at 50 Gramercy Park North a.k.a. the Haus of Lagerfeld! After listing the apartment last year with an asking price of $6.5 million, dropping the number by $1.3 mil., and then taking it off the market, Kaiser Karl’s three-bedroom, 2,151-square-foot digs are back up for grabs. Priced again at $5.2 million, he must think the economy is better this time around, or maybe he changed the feng shui. Residents are unsure whether Karl even lived in the building — and that can’t be his decor — but we suggest continuing to use KL’s name as a selling point, along with cardboard cut-outs of Karl strategically placed around the space during open houses.
