Yesterday, Michelle Obama wore an ivory brocade dress to the International Women of Courage Awards at the State Department in Washington, D.C. She and Hillary Clinton presented awards to ten women from around the world, in observance of International Women’s Day. Later, the First Lady changed into a black and white dress to eat with winners of the “Dinner with Barack and Michelle” contest, a campaign fund-raiser.
