A winner of Holland’s Next Top Model filed a lawsuit against Elite Models last month, claiming the agency dropped her because her hips were too wide, and failed to pay her the full €75,000 she was to receive as part of her prize package. Today a court in Amsterdam ruled in Ananda Marchildon’s favor, awarding her the remainder of her money and calling Elite’s measurement requirements just a little unreasonable.
