CNBC’s Mickey Drexler Documentary Airs Thursday, Will Show Him Touching Socks and Giving Thumbs-Up

CNBC’s hour-long documentary about J.Crew CEO Mickey Drexler, titled J.Crew and the Man Who Dressed America, will air this Thursday at 10 p.m. Gauging by this preview clip, it will show him striding around J.Crew stores and fabric mills, touching striped socks, and giving multiple two-thumbs-up signs. According to a press release, CNBC anchor David Faber follows Drexler to his old neighborhood in the Bronx, his fancy house in the Hamptons, and Palm Springs for a catalogue photo shoot. Also, Anna Wintour and Jenna Lyons will talk to the cameras about him. Surely they managed to squeeze in some pizza-eating and other analogy-rich mealtimes, too.
