Michelle Obama was busy with activities for her Joining Forces initiative in Washington, D.C., yesterday. First, she hosted a Mother’s Day event for military families at the White House in a bright yellow dress by Rachel Roy. Later in the day, she changed into purple pants and a red striped cardigan to assemble Mother’s Day packages to send to the mothers and wives of deployed U.S. troops.
