Nicole Richie Is the Latest Designer to Partner With Macy’s

Dubbed “Nicole Richie for Impulse only at Macy’s,” the collection will be heavily seventies-influenced and will include retro prints, feather and deco chevron, velvet, chiffon, and jewel tones. The pieces will be priced from $49 to $149, and will be available in 100 Macy’s stores and online in September. “Macy’s is the epitome of American fashion,” Richie said in a press release. “Their iconic stamp on the world of retail has not only touched the lives of consumers, but has also become a significant part of pop-culture” — including as buyers on the Richie-judged reality-television series, Fashion Star. Wonder if we can expect a tie-in.
