Slideshow: Street Style From the Frieze Art Fair
This weekend, the international art crowd traveled to Randall’s Island to see works on display from 180 of the world’s leading galleries. Inside the tents, stylish visitors walked from stall to stall in an impressive range of footwear, including Prada’s espadrilles, Robert Clergerie’s giant-tassled loafers, and Margiela’s transparent boots. And outside on the grassy lawns, amidst the Mulberry–sponsored Frieze Projects, creativity manifested itself in thoughtful color combinations, statement sunglasses, and eclectic details, like suspenders left hanging or ironic paint-splatters on jeans. Click through our slideshow for outfits as entertaining as the artworks on display.
