Real estate developer the Lightstone Group is still debating what to do with the 19.2-acre property in Ferry Point, according to the Times. But reactions have been mainly positive, including “If there was a Louboutin sale in the Bronx, people would go in droves, no matter what” (Amanda Sanders, image consultant) and “Love J-Lo, very fashionable” (Tammy Bevcar, waiting for the bus to Woodbury Common).
