According to Reuters, Macy’s Inc. won a preliminary injunction in its case against Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia today (that claims Martha’s late 2011 deal with J.C. Penney violated her exclusive contract with Macy’s). As of now, she’s not allowed to shill her merchandise at Penney’s and a trial is reportedly set for November. Maybe she’ll spruce up the courtroom ahead of time … courtesy of Macy’s.
