NYC Fashion Fellows Launches; Stella McCartney Announces Fashion Scholarship

• The New York City Economic Development Corporation and the 92Y launched NYC Fashion Fellows, a yearlong fellowship program “to groom rising stars in fashion management.” The idea came from Mayor Bloomberg’s Fashion.NYC.2020 plan. [WWD]
