Florida tot Valentina Guerrero is also the face of Dolores Cortés’s summer 2013 children’s campaign, and she made an appearance on the runway at the swimwear designer’s Miami show. “[It] sends a very clear message of inclusion; all children deserve the same opportunities, regardless of their physical, economic, social, racial or medical condition,” Valentina’s mom, Cecilia Elizalde, told the Down Syndrome Association of Miami. According to AdWeek, 10 percent of the profits from the upcoming collection will be donated to the organization.
