Karl Lagerfeld: ‘I Would Die for White Hair’

“But I cannot dye my hair, so I have to use the powder,” said the designer, referring to Klorane dry shampoo, which he named as one of his “12 Things He Can’t Live Without” in the forthcoming issue of Elle Decor, out on August 7. In other extracurricular Karl news, he’s designing all the decorations for this month’s Paris Biennale des Antiquaires (a fancy antique fair); while he wouldn’t give details, he hinted that the staging may include a hot-air balloon. (Airplanes are so three seasons ago.)
