Elizabeth Olsen was spotted in Chelsea yesterday wearing leather leggings, a cream-colored sweater, and a wool jacket. She accessorized with blue suede bucks, a black handbag, and a lightweight scarf, topping it all off with a burnt-orange, wide-brimmed fedora.
